Age: Minimum 27 years.
Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a reputed pharmaceutical company, preferably in the Animal Health Division.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the animal health market.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet targets.
Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
Monitor the daily activities of Veterinary Medical Representatives (VMRs) and evaluate their sales performance.
Conduct regular market visits to assess territory coverage, track competitor activities, and identify opportunities for sales improvement.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and overall sales targets.
Provide coaching and on-the-job training to strengthen the skills and effectiveness of the sales force.
Implement and execute planned sales campaigns in alignment with company objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing potential new customers.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Area Sales Manager.
