Collect and update member information in the NGO database.
Enroll new members through field visits, awareness campaigns, and community outreach.
Meet monthly targets for new member registration.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of collected data.
Build positive relationships with community members and stakeholders.
Report daily/weekly progress to the supervisor.

Read Before Apply This is a field-based, target-oriented job. Applicants must be comfortable working outside the office and meeting people in the community. Candidates should have the ability to meet monthly targets for collecting data and enrolling new members. Basic knowledge of smartphone/computer use (for data entry and reporting) is required. Candidates must be hardworking, honest, and self-motivated. Willingness to work in kushtia sadar and surrounding areas (travel allowance will be provided as per policy).
