  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in field sales, key account management, corporate sales, or partnerships.
  • Skillset: Strong sales and customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Practical knowledge of Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and adaptable organizational culture.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Visit clients at designated hospitals or doctors' chambers as per provided details.
  • Prepare proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients to facilitate sales closures and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and future opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments with prospective clients to present and discuss the company’s products or services.
  • Create customized client proposals based on the company’s product information.
  • Identify potential customers through research and networking, and initiate contact to arrange meetings or presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

  • Salary: Up to 25,000 BDT (based on experience), including sales commission and TA/DA as per company policy.
