Job Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS;
Oversee daily recording following finance director's SOP;
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes;
Process and record vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices;
Tracking outstanding debts;
Issue customer invoices, track incoming payments;
Monitor overdue accounts for collections;
Process and record intercompany transaction and quarterly reconciliation;
Cooperate with external audit;
Prepare for audits, provide necessary documentation, and implement audit recommendations for compliance;
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity, forecasting cash needs and maintaining optimal cash levels;
Manage the company’s financial assets, ensuring effective liquidity management for operations and growth.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex financial cycles.
