(TCL) and its sister concern, TCL Informatix Ltd., are seeking a skilled Flutter Application Developer to design and develop high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. This role involves building intuitive mobile interfaces, integrating APIs, and collaborating closely with backend teams to deliver production-ready applications integrated with ERP/HRM systems.

Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Design and implement responsive, visually consistent, and user-friendly UI/UX.
Apply effective state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or SetState).
Integrate RESTful APIs and manage JSON-based data communication.
Implement secure authentication mechanisms and ensure data security.
Collaborate closely with Django backend teams to align APIs and business logic.
Follow clean architecture principles with modular and scalable app structure.
Optimize application performance and minimize unnecessary re-renders.
Implement caching, local storage, and offline capabilities when required.
Conduct unit, widget, and integration testing to ensure application stability.
Debug issues, analyze logs, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Coordinate with QA teams during testing, regression, and release cycles.
Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Support CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Codemagic.
Prepare and deliver release-ready builds for Android and iOS platforms.
