  • Candidates should be between 18 and 40 years of age.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Flutter mobile application development.
  • Strong expertise in Flutter SDK along with solid understanding of Android SDK and iOS SDK environments.
  • Proven experience in designing responsive UI layouts that adapt seamlessly across multiple screen sizes and device types.
  • Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs, third-party services, and backend systems using networking packages.
  • Strong understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization in mobile applications.
  • Working knowledge of databases including MySQL, Oracle, and Firebase for data storage and real-time application development.
  • Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software development best practices.
  • Experience in implementing Google Maps API and location-based services within mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with integrating and managing payment gateway systems for mobile applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bangla, including technical discussions and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mobile application issues.
  • Experience in working with clean architecture, reusable components, and scalable mobile app structure will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented development environment.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, debugging tools, and version control systems like Git.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter based on business and user requirements.
  • Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly UI/UX interfaces to ensure smooth user experience across Android and iOS platforms.
  • Maintain, enhance, and upgrade existing mobile applications by adding new features, improving performance, and ensuring long-term stability.
  • Perform thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure application reliability, security, and optimal functionality.
  • Optimize application performance by improving code efficiency, reducing load time, and enhancing overall responsiveness.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following industry-standard coding conventions and best practices.
  • Document application architecture, development processes, APIs, and source code to ensure clarity and maintainability.
  • Use version control systems such as Git to manage source code, collaborate with team members, and maintain development workflows.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and project stakeholders to deliver complete end-to-end mobile solutions.
  • Prepare and manage application deployment for Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and submission requirements.
  • Conduct application testing across multiple devices and screen sizes to ensure compatibility, usability, and performance consistency.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues during development and post-deployment phases.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter framework updates, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices.
