• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of Happiness Café at Gulshan Avenue. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a strong understanding of food and beverage services, and a proven track record in team management and cost control.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functioning of food and beverage outlets.
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance to maintain operational excellence.
• Financial Management:
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and minimize operational costs.
• Handle menu pricing, budget planning, and cost control measures effectively.
• Customer Service:
• Foster a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests.
• Train staff to deliver exceptional service and promptly address customer feedback or complaints.
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing food and beverage team.
• Lead and mentor staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high morale.
• Menu Development:
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative, profitable, and appealing menu offerings.
• Purchasing and Inventory Management:
• Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Implement procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in food and beverage management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to develop and implement innovative menus and strategies.
