Responsibilities & Context

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Manage all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the company’s services and address client queries efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings, ensuring that the reception area operates smoothly.
  • Assist in the management of office supplies, ensuring the reception area is well-stocked.
  • Manage the flow of correspondence, distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing mail.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling basic clerical duties.
  • Ensure security by following company procedures, monitoring visitor logs, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall administrative efficiency of the office.
