Responsibilities & Context

1.Greet and welcome visitors, providing them with a warmand professional experience.

2.Manage the front desk by directing visitors, answeringphone calls, and handling inquiries.

3.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smoothoffice operations.

4.Manage and maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules,and meeting room bookings.

5.Handle and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, andother documentation.

6.Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, dataentry, and maintaining office supplies.

7.Support office events and meetings by preparing meetingrooms and coordinating necessary arrangements.

8.Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, andpresentable at all times.

9.Assist with any other operational tasks as assigned bymanagement.
