Handle marketing tasks, customer service, and manage incoming/outgoing calls efficiently.

Perform daily administrative tasks including work on Microsoft Word and Excel.
Monitor and maintain daily attendance records and manage leave records for all staff.
Conduct CV screening, shortlisting, and coordinate interviews for recruitment purposes.

Assist in preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures in line with management guidelines.
Prepare the monthly salary sheet and process payroll accurately.
Issue various official documents such as appointment letters, warning letters, show-cause notices, etc.
Handle corporate mobile SIMs and related billing issues.
Ensure the office is cleaned and maintained properly on a daily basis.
Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) for the procurement of administrative materials.
Verify and process administrative bills and expenses.
Purchase all necessary administrative supplies and materials.
Oversee protocol management for internal and external coordination.
Coordinate and arrange all board meetings, including necessary documentation.
Develop and implement systems for monitoring and enforcing appropriate disciplinary procedures across the company.
