We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and organized Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to manage front office operations, visitor relations, communication, and administrative support activities. đš Front Desk & Guest Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, visitors, clients, and stakeholders by providing a warm and professional welcome
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented front office environment
đš Call Handling & Communication
- Manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and directing calls appropriately
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication with relevant personnel
- Handle internal and external correspondence professionally and efficiently
đš Appointment & Schedule Management
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and visitor arrangements for management and staff
- Maintain organized calendars and appointment records
- Ensure proper follow-up on scheduled meetings and guest visits
đš Customer Service & Information Support
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, facilities, and general inquiries
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
đš Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance including:
- Filing and record management
- Photocopying and document handling
- Office correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies inventory
- Maintain accurate visitor logs, appointment schedules, and related records

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations and service delivery
- Support internal communication and administrative workflow management
- Assist with onboarding and training activities for newly recruited front desk staff when required

- Monitor the reception and front entrance area to maintain safety and security standards
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and visitor records
