Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role — preferably in a salon, spa, hospital, or aesthetic center.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Educational background in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Customer Service will be considered an advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.

  • Pleasant appearance, combined with a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.

  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle clients with professionalism and care.

  • Basic proficiency in computer applications including MS Office, email correspondence, and scheduling software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.

  • Manage appointments, schedules, and client follow-ups with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and online bookings courteously and professionally.

  • Maintain client records, treatment logs, and personal details with strict confidentiality.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with doctors, aestheticians, and technicians to ensure a smooth service flow.

  • Manage billing and cash transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the reception and waiting areas.

  • Support daily administrative operations and provide assistance in customer service tasks as needed.
