Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive pre-opening sales and marketing management plan.
  • Formulate a strategic sales and marketing approach tailored to the brand.
  • Identify target markets and create effective marketing plans to reach them.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts.
  • Recruit and train the sales and marketing team on brand values and messaging.
  • Define target market segments and design pre-opening campaigns accordingly.Drive revenue through targeted sales initiatives, advertising, and promotional strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Assess market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts and manage social media channels effectively.
  • Handle guest feedback and reputation management to enhance brand perception.
