We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in Figma and modern frontend development. This position is completely dedicated to frontend engineering and UI/UX design; there are absolutely no backend or AI development responsibilities.
Working closely with the Team Lead, COO, and a cross-functional AI team, you will grasp high-level product goals, define intuitive user flows, and implement frontend solutions that match our rigorous product and engineering standards. This role is perfectly suited for someone who takes immense pride in their craftsmanship, values transparent communication, and holds themselves to a high bar of excellence driven by execution rather than just a title.
Product & User Journey Alignment: Develop a comprehensive understanding of product requirements, system behaviors, and user journeys from both a high-level business and technical perspective.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely and professionally alongside cross-functional AI, product, and engineering teams with deep mutual respect.
UI/UX Design Mastery: Design sleek user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma, ensuring consistent usability, simplicity, and visual coherence.
Pixel-Perfect Implementation: Translate approved Figma designs into pixel-accurate, highly responsive, and easily maintainable frontend code.
Modern Frontend Development: Develop, optimize, and maintain production-ready frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
API & Data Integration: Responsibly integrate frontend applications with backend and AI-powered APIs, flawlessly handling data flow, loading states, and edge cases.
