  • Knowledge about Vue.js, Android(Java/Kotlin), iOS(Objective-C/Swift), Java/Kotlin for Web, or PHP(Lavavel) technologies will consider a plus point.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage, evaluate, educate, and instruct team members (4-5 members).
  • Communicate and collaborate with Indian and Japanese team members regarding project requirements and updates.
  • Understand project requirements thoroughly and ensure the team comprehends them as well.
  • Take responsibility for project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop back-end programming and logic using Java, PHP, and ReactJS.
  • Contribute to the project structure, offering ideas for best practices and effective project approaches.
  • Review source code and share technical expertise with other developers.
  • Collaborate within team circles for both internal and external projects.
  • Possess advanced skills in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Fix bugs, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing or ongoing projects.
  • Create System/Business requirements and ensure clarity for development teams.
