We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on, and results-oriented Full-Stack Developer / Team Lead to lead end-to-end software development, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure high standards of engineering quality. The role is ideal for an experienced technology professional who can develop scalable web applications, provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and transform business requirements into secure, reliable, and high-performance digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, from planning and development to deployment and continuous improvement.

✔ Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end and back-end applications using modern programming languages, frameworks, and development technologies.

✔ Work across the full technology stack, including Java, Python, React, Node.js, and Next.js, to build efficient and maintainable software solutions.

✔ Analyze business requirements and technical specifications and translate them into effective technical solutions, application designs, and system architectures.

✔ Design, develop, integrate, and optimize APIs, databases, application logic, and third-party system integrations.

✔ Provide technical leadership to the development team by setting technical direction, distributing tasks, reviewing progress, and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines.

✔ Establish and maintain coding standards, software development best practices, version control procedures, testing practices, and quality assurance processes.

✔ Conduct regular code reviews and identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.

✔ Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, application bugs, system errors, and performance-related problems within required timelines.

✔ Collaborate with management, business teams, UI/UX designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

✔ Mentor and guide developers through technical knowledge sharing, code quality improvement, problem-solving, and continuous professional development.

✔ Participate in system planning, technology evaluation, architecture decisions, application deployment, and ongoing software enhancement.

✔ Stay informed about emerging technologies, modern development frameworks, software engineering trends, and industry best practices, and recommend suitable technologies for practical business applications.

✔ Ensure all applications meet appropriate standards for security, reliability, responsiveness, scalability, performance, and user experience.

✔ Monitor development activities and proactively identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improving overall engineering efficiency.

✔ Perform any other software development, technical leadership, or technology-related responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
