Responsibilities & Context

  • Building and Maintaining Front-End & Back-End Infrastructure: Responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end infrastructure of web applications, including server-side logic, databases, and APIs, primarily using PHP and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Testing and Debugging Code: Ensure high-quality, error-free code by performing rigorous testing and debugging using various frameworks and tools, guaranteeing that the application functions as expected.
  • Integrating Third-Party Services: Enhance web application functionality by integrating third-party services, such as payment gateways, social media platforms, and other APIs.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues and provide timely technical support to end-users, responding to support requests, diagnosing problems, and offering solutions to ensure smooth application performance.
  • Documenting Code and Development Processes: Maintain thorough documentation of code and development processes for easy understanding and maintenance by other developers. Create user documentation to help end-users understand application functionalities.
  • Experience with Databases and Server-Side Technologies: Proficient in working with databases and server-side technologies, including SQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Apache, and NGINX.
  • Knowledge of Web Development Frameworks: Experienced in web development frameworks like Laravel and Vue.js; familiarity with additional frameworks such as Django, Ruby on Rails, Express.js, Angular, or React is beneficial.
  • Understanding of Web Security Principles: Strong knowledge of web security principles, including authentication, authorization, and encryption, to safeguard application integrity.
