• Conduct development meetings upon receiving inquiries, involving relevant stakeholders such as Pattern Technicians, Planning, Technical, and Production teams.
• Analyze design sketches and tech packs to understand and clarify the design intent.
• Review and clarify technical specifications, construction details, workmanship, embellishment placements, washing requirements, product feasibility, and cost optimization before providing feedback to the customer with appropriate rationale.
• Collaborate closely with pattern makers to ensure all patterns and garments produced align with the specified design and quality parameters set by the customer.
• Monitor and follow up on the critical path throughout the product development lifecycle, offering necessary guidance.
• Effectively communicate and advise the development team regarding style details, special requirements, comments, and potential production challenges to ensure the garment meets specifications and performance criteria, including production feasibility and fit.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, measurement specifications, product quality, styling details, labeling, washing standards, safety considerations, and testing protocols.
• Verify the right fit and drape on mannequins, consulting with senior team members and customers before final dispatch.
• Maintain accuracy in pre-screening, fit logs, and PLM uploads, ensuring timely submissions to customers.
• Confirm the accuracy of specifications in accordance with fit and minimum standards in collaboration with Pattern Technicians.
• Review products with buying technicians and clarify any necessary amendments.
• Participate in risk analysis meetings to provide insights into development-stage challenges and historical data.
