Attract potential clients by marketing the Bank’s products and services, with a focus on deposit acquisition in alignment with the Bank’s business objectives.
Achieve business objectives in deposit mobilization, card sales, and cross-selling of banking products.
Maintain and grow low-cost deposits (CASA – Current Account and Savings Account) through strategic client acquisition, corporate engagements, and relationship building to expand the Bank’s deposit portfolio.
Manage account opening, closing, and other account opening related services by collecting all required documentation and ensuring compliance of laws and regulations and regulatory requirements.
Process client requests for cheque books, debit cards, and payment orders after proper verification and documentation.
Handle the issuance, encashment, renewal, and closure of fixed deposit, deposit schemes, and other term accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Deliver customer service across all general banking functions in accordance with internal service standards and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain high-quality customer relationships through prompt, courteous, and effective communication and service delivery.
Monitor and periodically review high-risk customer profiles to prevent fraudulent or suspicious activities.
