Oversee overall operations across all ASMI Super Shop outlets.

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Monitor outlet-wise sales, expenses, inventory, wastage, and operational performance.

Lead and supervise Outlet Managers, In-Charges, and departmental heads.

Ensure effective manpower planning, discipline, and employee productivity.

Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing teams.

Ensure efficient inventory management and minimize stock loss and wastage.

Review sales and operational reports and take necessary corrective actions.

Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, and management directives.

Identify new business opportunities and support outlet expansion initiatives.

Report overall business performance and key developments to top management.
