  • Expertise in conceptualizing and analyzing complex data, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Skilled in documentation, ensuring accurate and organized records for efficient workflow.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying ideas and reports to diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Excel, proficient in data analysis, reporting, and creating complex spreadsheets for business insights.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate record-keeping of all inventory and review the valuation of the company’s stock.
  • Financial Planning & Management: Oversee fund management, financial planning, budget preparation, treasury management, and investment management to ensure sound financial health.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present periodic financial statements and reports for management, adhering to established guidance and standards.
  • ERP System Monitoring & Process Improvement: Monitor the ERP system and work on enhancing existing processes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Compliance with Regulatory Requirements: Ensure full compliance with Tax, VAT, and Customs regulations as required by relevant authorities.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Costing & Reporting: Calculate design- and buyer-specific costing and submit reports to management for review.
  • Tax & VAT Authority Liaison: Attend hearings with the Tax and VAT authorities as required.
  • Bank Reporting: Ensure timely submission of periodic reports to Bangladesh Bank.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct LC-wise cost analysis to evaluate financial performance.
  • Other Duties: Undertake any additional assignments as entrusted by management from time to time.
