Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall safety and security of the Head Office and factories.
Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company security protocols.
Propose innovative ideas to improve security systems and maintain a safe work environment.
Monitor CCTV footage to ensure safety and security standards are met.
Ensure the safety and security of all employees in the factories.
Facilitate and conduct various safety training programs.
Manage protocols and security arrangements for important guests.
Lead, appraise, and train security personnel effectively.
Conduct C-TPAT audits in line with international buyer standards.
Maintain liaison with government agencies regarding security and safety matters.
Supervise security management, physical security, and security operations.
Participate in crisis management and provide close protection for VIPs of the group.
Provide early warnings on potential risk factors using intelligence analysis.
Keep group management informed of the latest security matters and provide advice as required.
