Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a young, dynamic, and result-oriented professional to lead our Marketing and Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of proven experience in the Real Estate or Land Development industry in Bangladesh, with a strong ability to drive growth, lead teams, and implement innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set business targets and design strategic plans to achieve company goals.

  • Lead and manage the Sales Department with full ownership and accountability.

  • Develop individual and team sales plans to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Oversee all operational and managerial activities within the department.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Identify new market opportunities and initiate effective action plans.

  • Monitor and follow up on sales performance, promotional activities, and revenue progress.

  • Ensure achievement of company revenue and profit targets through proper planning and execution.

  • Guide and mentor team members to improve performance and align with company objectives.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for various market segments.

  • Assess training needs and ensure continuous skill development of the sales team.

This is a highly challenging, result-driven leadership role focused on achieving sustainable growth and profitability for the company.
