Requirements

Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, in Civil Engineering from BUET/ KUET/CUET/ RUET/SUST with minimum 15 years of experience in construction.

Additional Requirements


  • At least 15 years experience
  • MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), Auto CAD
  • Should have IEB Fellowship.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare and submit master and monthly work schedules for all sites.

  • Prepare monthly material budgets for each site in detail.

  • Regularly participate in the construction procurement process.

  • Monitor daily work progress, set next steps, and adjust plans accordingly.

  • Conduct on-site inspections, submit regular QC and staff performance reports to management.

  • Identify and manage capable, financially stable subcontractors.

  • Organize and oversee project handover events.

  • Ensure quality control and supervision at each project stage, with particular attention before handover.

  • Compare actual progress to master schedules and monthly plans, preparing progress reports.

  • Ensure availability of project resources, including manpower, materials, and drawings.

  • Coordinate engineering efforts with other departments, offering guidance as needed.

  • Maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and specialists in electromechanical and plumbing fields.

  • Oversee construction activities according to projected timelines, with attention to cost analysis and market rates.

  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of all renovation work according to the company’s schedule.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in utility and maintenance operations.

  • Have sound understanding of agreements and contracts with landowners, clients, suppliers, and contractors.

  • Be knowledgeable of building codes, such as BNBC and ACI standards.

  • Demonstrate experience in managing multiple, large-scale projects.
