Responsibilities & Context

SQ Group of Companies manufactures a wide range of products including electrical wires and cables, transformers, energy-saving lights, fans, and concrete and wooden utility poles. As a leading importer of electrical accessories, we are seeking dynamic and energetic Marketing & Sales professionals for our sister concern, SQ Wire & Cable Co. Ltd. The ideal candidate should be able to drive sales through innovative and effective presentations, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, a sense of urgency, and in-depth knowledge of the field are crucial for success in this role.

  • Achieve sales targets set by the Department Head.
  • Represent the company and its products with confidence, professionalism, and energy.
  • Supervise and manage multiple teams, leading a group of marketing professionals while aligning their objectives with the company’s goals.
  • Train and develop new employees, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Take on challenges with eagerness and determination to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales and collection reports to management.
  • Plan regular visits to corporate clients and develop relationships with new buyers.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
