Education


  • Masters, in Food Science and Technology / Nutrition and Food Science / Food Science and Applied Nutrition / Chemical Engineering and Food Technology/Food Science and Quality control or equivalent subjects.

Experience


  • 10 Year

Additional Requirements


  • At least 20 years in Foods & Beverages Industries.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, factory management, FMCG Production, managerial work, Quality control, Worker Management etc.
  • Must have sound knowledge of ERP & Tally Software
  • Must have direct knowledge about production line and must have sourcing knowledge about raw materials.
  • Should have good interpersonal relationship and communication skills both in oral and written
  • Must have expertise about product composition & knowledge about formulation.
  • Has to be a good decision maker of analytical and operational actions.
  • Will be an excellent in multi-tasking and in charge of both in the administrative and managerial aspects of a factory.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the factory to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve production targets.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a consistent supply of raw materials.
  • Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and manage the factory’s budget.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to boost productivity.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term business strategies.
  • Plan and execute capital projects to improve factory capabilities.
  • Set and achieve strategic goals aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
