10-15 years of experience in e-commerce, social-commerce (f-commerce), retail business management – preferably in multi‐category product environment.
Age: 50-65 years.
Proven leadership skills, strong strategic thinking, execution capability in fast-paced digital commerce environment.
Excellent communication, team-management, networking and business development abilities.
Experience with multi-category product operations (especially genuine medicines or regulated goods) and online referral/loyalty systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive performance, metrics, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all operations of the company’s E-Commerce & F-Commerce business.
Develop and execute growth strategies to drive sales, brand awareness, and profitability.
Supervise core departments — Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service.
Maintain product quality standards, especially for healthcare and regulated products.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Implement innovative business models to strengthen customer loyalty and referral growth.
Ensure smooth logistics, timely delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and develop departmental teams to achieve company goals.
