Responsibilities & Context

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to cash and product shortages, ensuring accountability and corrective actions.
  • Establish and monitor controls to prevent recurring issues such as employee attendance, punctuality, and shop opening hours, ensuring full compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and enforce hygiene policies, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of plaza facilities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and resources on grooming and professional appearance, ensuring all employees consistently follow the company's dress code policies.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Monitoring Officer (CMO) and audit team to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR and administrative functions.
  • Utilize audit findings and credit monitoring reports to identify areas for operational and HR improvements at the plaza.
  • Supervise the overall management of plaza facilities (signage, lighting, merchandising, decoration) while ensuring timely payment of plaza bills, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with local regulations, including the issuance and renewal of trade licenses.
  • Maintain and update a blacklist of employees guilty of falsifying attendance or timing records.
  • Lead recovery efforts for any financial or operational losses at plaza locations and collaborate with legal and audit teams to address disputes or issues related to recovery.
  • Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent, developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization, ensuring regular performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
