Drive process improvements by reducing bucket loss and enhancing the QCO process, successfully shortening the learning curve from six days to three days.
Maintain a 99%+ cut‑to‑ship ratio to consistently achieve 100% on‑time delivery.
Design and implement optimized factory layouts and workstation configurations to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.
