6 to 12 years of experience in marketing and sales or business development, preferably in land marketing and sales or the real estate sector.
In-depth knowledge of land marketing and sales processes, including property registration and mutation procedures.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and conduct frequent field visits.
Proficiency in MS Office, with sound knowledge of real estate trends, property laws, and the local market.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong client focus with persuasive communication abilities.
Confidence in closing high-value land deals.
Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a high level of professionalism.

Skills
Land Marketing, Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute effective land marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new marketing and sales opportunities for land development projects.
Conduct site visits with prospective clients, clearly presenting key features and investment benefits of land plots.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales agreements while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
Ensure timely updates and transparent communication throughout the sales process.
Provide post-sales support, including assistance with registration, mutation, and other legal formalities.
Encourage referrals and repeat business through high-quality customer service.
Documentation & Legal Coordination
Support clients with required land documentation and verification processes.
Coordinate with legal teams, surveyors, and relevant authorities to ensure proper land demarcation and registration.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales, documentation, and legal records for all land transactions.

Monitor land prices, availability, and competitor activities in targeted locations.
