• Must have experience handling customers such as Hama, Lidl Hong Kong, LPP, H&M, Walmart, and Next.
• Ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is in place and functioning as intended.
• Verify that the existing QMS meets the buyer’s requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improving the current QMS to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure a clear understanding of the buyer's specifications; resolve any ambiguities or confusion by confirming the buyer’s actual requirements.
• Ensure that the company’s Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) is properly maintained and exceeded.
• Oversee the inspection and documentation of all incoming, in-process, and final goods.
• Ensure that all goods received are rigorously inspected for both quality and quantity.
• Ensure the installation and proper functioning of the Traffic Light Chart system for in-line inspection.
• Implement both preventive and remedial measures to avoid defects.
• Take responsibility for any failure of quality-approved garments.
• Ensure that all personnel are thoroughly trained in their respective roles.
• Provide ongoing training to enhance staff skills.
• Maintain strict control over rejected items.
• Implement rigorous controls for repairable and washable garments.
• Develop and implement a year-wise quality improvement plan.
• Prepare a comprehensive quality manual that outlines the company’s quality policies and procedures, ensuring all employees understand and adhere to them.
• Ensure that the quality manual includes all policies, procedures, methods, and measures to standardize actions.
• Monitor the performance of raw material suppliers.
• Keep personnel motivated and focused on achieving quality standards.
• Ensure the supplier-customer chain is maintained throughout the production process.
• Ensure that production starts only after the approved sample and swatch card are available.
