Responsibilities & Context

  • Developing Quality Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive quality assurance policies and strategies across the organization.
  • Quality Control Oversight: Monitor and maintain the consistency and quality of products or services, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and train quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all operations are in compliance with industry regulations and internal company standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze quality data to identify trends, detect issues, and develop corrective actions to resolve them.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address customer feedback and complaints, using them as a basis for driving continuous quality enhancements.
  • Audits and Inspections: Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional departments, including production, supply chain, and R&D, to uphold quality standards across operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed quality performance reports to senior management to highlight achievements and areas for improvement.
