Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), in Industrial Engineering.

Additional Requirements

• Implement modern production systems with expertise in machine layout and cost-efficient processes.
• Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring inputs are converted into outputs in line with buyer specifications.
• Monitor and analyze cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing reports to guarantee on-time shipments.
• Collaborate with the Production Planning team to create actionable plans and communicate instructions to Production Managers regarding schedules and delivery adjustments.
• Provide directives to the Production, Cutting, and Sample teams to prepare samples for buyer approval before mass production.
• Ensure strict adherence to the production schedule by closely monitoring its execution.
• Take responsibility for achieving daily and hourly production targets, holding Production Managers accountable for meeting these goals.
• Develop and oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly production plans while coordinating with merchandising to ensure all materials are in-house and necessary approvals are obtained.
• Drive daily profitability and efficiency improvements across cutting, sewing, and finishing operations.
• Ensure garment quality meets buyer expectations, guiding the team to implement corrective measures when necessary to avoid issues during inspections.
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager to minimize defects, improve DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all production activities as per industry and buyer standards.
• Assign responsibilities to Production Managers and other team members while maintaining regular hourly follow-ups.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth progress of production as per the plan.
• Develop and execute cost-saving strategies at every production stage to reduce overall costs effectively.
