  • Experience in Immigrant Medical Check-ups: Proven experience in conducting medical check-ups for immigrants, ensuring all necessary health evaluations and compliance with regulations.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Must be able to handle high-stress situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and make timely decisions while ensuring quality care.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct Routine Health Check-ups: Regularly assess patients' health conditions and identify potential issues through thorough examinations and consultations.
  • Provide Health Advice: Offer guidance on healthy habits, including diet, hygiene, and preventative measures, to promote overall well-being.
  • Diagnose Illnesses: Examine ill patients, evaluate their symptoms, and determine the root causes of their conditions.
  • Ask Diagnostic Questions: Use intuitive questioning to uncover possible causes of illness and to guide further examination.
  • Reach Informed Diagnoses: Utilize scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history to arrive at accurate and reliable diagnoses.
  • Order and Interpret Lab Tests: Prescribe and interpret laboratory tests to obtain additional information on underlying infections or abnormalities.
  • Prescribe Medications: Recommend appropriate medications or treatments and provide clear instructions for their use and administration.
  • Collaborate with Medical Team: Work closely with other physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and treatment.
  • Treat Injuries: Examine injuries, provide initial treatment, and refer patients to specialists (such as ophthalmologists, orthopedists, neurologists, etc.) as needed.
  • Maintain Patient Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of patient diseases, treatments, surgeries, and other significant medical events (e.g., allergic reactions).
  • Foster Patient Trust: Build and maintain a compassionate and trusting relationship with patients to enhance the care experience.
  • Stay Updated on Medical Practices: Continuously improve medical knowledge by attending relevant conferences, seminars, and professional development activities.
