  • Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of achieving sales goals in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to different international time zones when required.
  • A proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Manager to drive global sales growth, expand international market presence, and build long-term client relationships for the company's software products and digital transformation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to promote Enterprise Solutions (ERP, POS, Accounting Software), Mobile Applications, E-commerce Automation, Machine Learning & AI Solutions, SaaS Products, and Digital Transformation Services.
  • Conduct market research to identify global business opportunities, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands.
  • Identify, approach, and develop business opportunities with clients across the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and other international markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold outreach, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and other business development channels.
  • Conduct professional client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, negotiations, and solution discussions with prospective international clients.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, contracts, and business presentations based on client requirements.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a structured sales pipeline while ensuring consistent follow-up and successful lead conversion.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for management review.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with product, technical, marketing, and project delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on international market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to strengthen the company's competitive advantage.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior sales and marketing team members to enhance overall team performance.
  • Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings, international business events, and networking opportunities.
  • Perform any other business development responsibilities assigned by management.
