As part of this expansion, applications are invited from competent and dynamic professionals for the position of GM – HR & Admin for Bay Icon International Hotel & Resort Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee placement processes
  • Oversee performance management systems and appraisal activities
  • Monitor employee performance and support career development planning
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and coordinate payroll processes
  • Identify training needs and arrange learning and development programs
  • Prepare HR reports and present them to management
  • Assist management in organizational planning and workforce strategy
  • Lead, guide, and supervise HR & Admin team members
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to policy development and overall organizational growth
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required
