  • Technically sound on Fabric Quality, Consumption & Pricing.
  • Able to handle different buyer's independently.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Work closely with the Planning Manager to establish and confirm delivery schedules and the sequence of orders on the production line.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the highest quality final product.
  • Oversee all aspects of quality control from the initial to the final stages of production.
  • Implement new concepts and techniques to improve efficiency and streamline the production process.
  • Handle costing, TNA (Time & Action), sourcing of trims, accessories, and fabrics.
  • Coordinate production requirements from merchandising to shipment.
  • Represent the company in external communications with suppliers and clients.
  • Ensure all fabrics and accessories are available on time for production.
  • Facilitate internal communication to ensure timely transfer of client specifications, requirements, and queries to all relevant departments.
  • Follow up on samples and coordinate with other departments concerning orders.
  • Gather necessary information for management as needed.
  • Complete any other tasks or reports as assigned by management.
