Responsibilities & Context

  • Quality Plan Development & Compliance:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality plan to ensure compliance with system requirements and industry standards.
  • Regularly monitor and update the quality plan to improve areas of QA/QC performance.
  • Inspection & Audits:
  • Proficiently conduct inspections and audits at all levels of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure that quality control measures are followed effectively.
  • Production & Quality Team Meetings:
  • Organize and conduct PP meetings with the washing production and quality teams to discuss quality issues, performance improvements, and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Wet Process Quality Setup & DHU Maintenance:
  • Set up quality control procedures for wet processes and ensure proper maintenance of the Final DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) for dry/wet processes.
  • Follow up on each production process with proper data collection and analysis to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Data Management & Monitoring:
  • Track and manage data for each production process to ensure the effectiveness of quality control measures.
  • Use the data to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement in QA/QC performance.
  • Cost & Manpower Efficiency:
  • Take responsibility for reducing manpower requirements and production costs without compromising quality.
  • Implement strategies to increase operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Technology Implementation:
  • Take the initiative to set up and implement new technologies in the plant to improve quality control and production processes for the future.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the plant stays ahead in terms of technological advancements and quality standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management to ensure smooth operations and continuous quality improvements.
  • Take a proactive approach to identify new methods or tools that can enhance the QA/QC process.
