Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a creative and dynamic General Manager (GM) - Marketing to lead strategic marketing campaigns and optimize accessory content using analytics and keyword research. The ideal candidate will also drive research into advertising trends and accessory layouts to enhance our marketplace presence.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Oversee all marketing functions within the organization.
- Strategize and plan order collection and execution processes.
- Manage forecasting, pricing, key accounts, expenses, profitability, and branding initiatives.
- Drive new project development to expand market reach and brand awareness.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Coordinate effectively with brands and manufacturing industries to align marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings with the marketing team to review targets, refine strategies, and drive results.
Customer and Market Relationship Management:
- Ensure the confidentiality of customer data and sensitive company information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Market Analysis and Growth:
- Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.

Budget and Resource Management:
