Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage a team of sales agents, including recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and creating marketing plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to develop and implement sales programs aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and laws.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, including metrics, forecasts, and budget reports.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
  • Develop and implement training programs to help sales members attract customers, with ongoing coaching and support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients to ensure satisfaction and foster future business opportunities and referrals.
  • Prepare the company’s sales strategy to meet sales targets.
  • Analyze trends and results and generate timely sales reports.
  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as realistic forecasts, to the management team.
  • Coach team members to help them reach their full sales potential, providing essential support and motivation for success.
  • Understand how business objectives and goals drive sales and work towards achieving them.
  • Think strategically, understand the real estate industry, and adopt a management mindset.
  • Plan and implement sales objectives, evaluating sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management, as needed.
