• Overseeing the team's follow-up process to ensure on-time shipments, from order inquiry through to delivery, and ensuring inventory and supply chain planning is well-coordinated.
• Coordinating closely with the production team to meet shipment deadlines and deliver quality products.
• Monitoring team activities and regularly evaluating performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Handling additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
