Responsibilities & Context

  • Must be analytical, a team player, self-motivated, proactive, hardworking, a problem solver, and have a positive attitude with strong management and leadership skills.

  • Responsible for overall quality assurance and control of the garments produced.

  • Establish quality monitoring systems and processes, liaising with cutting, sewing, and finishing departments, while managing quality assurance resources across different sections.

  • Provide technical support to both the production and sample departments.

  • Proactively resolve any quality-related issues through discussions with factory teams and management.

  • Address customer complaints (if any) by identifying faults, recommending corrective actions, and solving problems independently by reviewing operations.

  • Plan, organize, and execute quality compliance for finished garments, ensuring they meet agreed specifications and standards for renowned customers like Primark, LIDL, New Yorker, LPP, Zeeman, Takko, etc.

  • Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) team and enhance the QA system in alignment with the company's QA manual.

  • Develop the RQS (Retail Quality Standards) team, making it more functional and competitive by following customer instructions and adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Manage and guide the Quality Control (QC) team, ensuring thorough quality inspections and clear communication with both customers and the in-house production team.

  • Conduct inspections by reviewing inspection files and verifying production status, fabric, accessories, measurements, style, packaging, and workmanship to meet buyer requirements.

  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
