Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in preparing, submitting, and managing government tenders in Bangladesh.
Strong working knowledge of the Bangladesh Government e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) system and relevant tender rules and regulations.
Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to interpret technical and financial tender requirements, particularly for IT, software, and service-based projects.
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender processes concurrently.
Regularly monitor e-GP portals, ministry websites, newspapers, and other relevant sources for government tenders.
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of tenders via the e-GP portal or physical submission as required.
Collaborate with internal departments (technical, legal, finance, admin) to gather necessary information and ensure alignment.
Carefully review tender notices to ensure full compliance with terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria.
Maintain an organized database of submitted tenders, outcomes, and feedback for future reference.
Track tender status, attend pre-bid meetings if needed, and manage clarifications or queries from tender authorities.
Stay updated on government procurement policies, laws, and e-GP system updates.
