  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Textile, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Fast Food Shop, Spinning, Amusement Park, Shopping mall
  • Experience in brand marketing or agency work.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Expertise in motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

 

Creative Skills:

  • Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to create designs that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:

  • Create eye-catching designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, and brochures.
  • Develop brand-aligned visuals for campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across platforms.
Motion Design:
  • Develop motion graphics for promotional videos, social media content, and digital advertising.
  • Create engaging animations for event teasers, explainer videos, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the cinematography team to integrate motion elements into video content.
Creative Ideation:
  • Work closely with the brand marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas for campaigns.
  • Translate marketing objectives into creative visual solutions.
Production Management:
  • Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage revisions and feedback to produce final polished outputs.
Asset Management:
  • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and project files.
  • Keep up-to-date with design trends and recommend innovative approaches.
