- Proven expertise in designing social media content, advertising creatives, banners, brochures, leaflets, posters, marketing materials, and other digital and print assets.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and other relevant creative software.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles for websites, landing pages, mobile applications, and dashboard interfaces will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with design specifications and content requirements for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, websites, and print media.
- Ability to prepare production-ready and print-ready files while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, project briefs, and client requirements while maintaining design consistency.
- Open to constructive feedback and capable of revising designs efficiently to meet project objectives.
- Previous experience in digital marketing design, branding, social media content creation, UI/UX design, or print media design will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding projects, UI/UX interfaces, print materials, and various client-focused creative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Create high-quality social media posts, advertising creatives, campaign materials, banners, thumbnails, carousel designs, and promotional graphics.
- Develop print-ready marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, leaflets, posters, banners, business cards, corporate profiles, and other promotional assets.
- Design user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX) for websites, landing pages, mobile applications, dashboards, and other digital products when required.
- Create and maintain branding materials, including logo-based designs, presentation decks, office branding elements, signage, wall graphics, and other corporate visual assets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, video production, and development teams to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital, print, and promotional materials.
- Prepare and deliver final design files optimized for both digital platforms and print production.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise designs as needed while meeting project timelines and quality standards.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, social media creative strategies, UI/UX best practices, and digital marketing design techniques.
- Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and project files for efficient workflow management.
- Contribute creative ideas and innovative concepts to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
