Job Summary

The Greenhouse Operation Supervisor will oversee daily operations in high-tech, controlled-environment greenhouses, ensuring efficient production of vegetable crops while maintaining consistent quality, productivity, and yield. The role involves supervising greenhouse workers, managing crop-related operations, and coordinating with relevant support teams.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Supervise daily greenhouse operations for major vegetable crops, including tomato, strawberry, pepper, lettuce, and cucumber.

✔ Organize, assign, and supervise daily tasks for greenhouse workers and labor teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

✔ Manage hydroponic, irrigation, and fertigation programs according to crop type, growth stage, and production requirements.

✔ Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and biosecurity standards throughout greenhouse operations.

✔ Maintain accurate daily operational records, crop-production data, and production reports.

✔ Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, supply, and other relevant teams to ensure uninterrupted greenhouse operations.

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.

✔ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in high-tech greenhouse vegetable production.

✔ Demonstrated ability to supervise labor, coordinate teams, and manage daily greenhouse operations effectively.
