  • Excellent communication skills in both written and visual formats
  • Knowledge of complex accounting, legal concerns, and tax planning
  • Strong communication, leadership, consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrable understanding of business needs, quick adaptation to change management, problem-solving mind-set, strong analytical and strategic thinking
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Automobile

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare business plans and cash flow forecasts.
  • Supervise the Accounts Department.
  • Oversee daily departmental activities and follow up on tasks.
  • Monitor all accounting entries.
  • Track accounts receivable and payable.
  • Approve bills according to the CFO's authority.
  • Prepare periodic management financial reports.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements.
  • Liaise with auditors for the finalization of accounts.
  • Oversee payroll-related accounting processes.
  • Manage inventory and fixed assets.
  • Supervise the banking division.
  • Handle bank relations to ensure smooth operations of credit facilities, loan repayments, and opening of LCs (Letters of Credit).
  • Provide support to management on all matters related to accounts and finance.
