Responsibilities & Context

Formulate and implement growth strategies and revenue initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Establish and achieve periodic sales targets to drive overall business growth.

Identify new business opportunities, investors, corporate partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team by setting KPIs and driving productivity.

Design tailored sales, pricing, and promotional strategies for real estate projects.

Coordinate closely with marketing teams to optimize lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

Oversee the complete customer lifecycle from initial lead generation to final sales closure.

Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and industry demands to guide strategic decisions.

Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, brokers, and stakeholders.

Monitor revenue, conversion rates, and profitability, taking corrective action as needed.

Deliver regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to top management.

Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), KPIs, and process workflows.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
