  • At least 2–3 years of experience serving as a Head of Division, Department Head, or in a similar senior leadership position.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive organizational performance, and contribute to strategic business objectives.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, industry best practices, and workforce development requirements.
  • Design and execute strategies that foster a positive, productive, and growth-oriented organizational culture.
  • Establish and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Support current and future business needs through effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, motivation, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, management, and decision-making capabilities in handling HR-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain performance management systems that drive employee productivity, accountability, and organizational success.
  • Continuously improve HR processes and workplace practices to enhance employee performance and overall business effectiveness.
