Minimum age of 30 years.
At least 7 years of professional experience in the real estate or construction sector.
Prior experience with leading organizations such as Shanta Holdings, Assurance, BTI, Rangs, Simple Tree, Edison, or Assure Group will be an advantage.
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including 2D/3D AutoCAD designs.
Basic understanding of relevant standards, including ASNT, ASTM, ISO, and BNBC, as well as familiarity with Primavera Expedition.
Experience in project documentation, construction analysis, and design review.
Employment Type: Full-Time (Regular)
Lead and oversee the construction department to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.
Ensure all designs, plans, and construction activities comply with local building codes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of design calculations, construction methodologies, and inspection outcomes.
Manage end-to-end project activities, including planning, design coordination, procurement, execution, and final handover.
Supervise, mentor, and develop construction managers, site supervisors, and related personnel.
Monitor project progress, costs, and potential risks, taking proactive measures to resolve issues.
Negotiate contracts and maintain effective working relationships with clients, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Minimize material wastage and optimize construction costs through efficient processes and controls.
Review construction work regularly to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Develop detailed work plans and quality benchmarks for each site to ensure timely project completion.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project costs, progress, and performance, and maintain consistent communication with clients.
Manage site-level budgets to ensure efficient utilization of resources and successful project delivery.
